My husband and son loved this recipe! The orange juice added just the right amount of zing.

This is a great recipe - easy to make and yummy! It's also great as a vegetarian or a meat dish!

I made this last night for dinner and it was Good. Though not my favorite, it was much healthier than most. It was the first time I'd served edamame and even my husband liked it. The only change I made was I used a trimmed new york strip steak and only 1 tbsp of oil. Will make it again.

I thought this was really good and healthy. My husband on the other hand told me if I wouldn't serve it on poker night don't serve it to me. At least he liked the beef part :

My fussy, fussy husband even liked this. I used one ribeye steak sliced very thin and followed everything else in the recipe exactly. We enjoyed all the veggies. This is keeper!
