This was very good and I am not normally a veal eater. I simmered it a little longer and added more garlic.

This meal was so delicious and easy to prepare. It tasted like the sauce had been cooking all day long. I have made this dish several times and it comes out wonderful every single time. Another great pasta recipe from RR..Thanks for all the great pasta recipes

If you guys knew my husband, you'd appreciate the hugeness of this accolade!
I served this to my hubby and my parents and they were really impressed. My husband doesn't like pasta that isn't noodles and sauce with meat, or even veggies (he freaked when he realized there were carrots in the sauce, but this dish was very very very well recieved.. I added a splash of wostershire to beef it up a tiny bit.

This sauce is so easy and so tasty. The campanelle is the perfect noodle for this dish.

This was a great recipe. My family ate seconds (and thirds but we won't talk about that!. I made it today with veal (cut up for stew cubes and simmered it for 2 hours or so. I then shredded the veal cubes into the sauce....delicious if you like the real meat "ragu". The flavor is fabulous. Used dried basil today as I didn't have fresh and it was just as delicious. Today I used lined ziti for the pasta and again, it was just great.

The flavours in this dish are wonderful. I also love how quick and easy it was to prepare, not to mention, I already had all the ingredients I needed on hand. I did make two changes, I added a can of cannellini beans and used farfalle (my grocer does not carry campanelle.

    Thanks Rachel!
