The tuna is actually delicious. I would not make any changes, but make sure to add enough salt, or else the salad becomes incredibly bland.

I found the dressing to be awful. Try this alternative--it's much better:

    3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp minced fresh ginger root
    3/4C sesame oil
    1/3C vinegar
    1/2C soy sauce
    3 tbps honey
    1/4C water

    Mix well!

Wow, easy recipe, wonderful taste, and in under 30 minutes my husband and I were eating great. Thank you Rachel Ray!

The vinaigrette, is absolutely out of this world and so easy to make. It became my salad dressing of choice for the summer. I am not much on vinaigrettes, but this one is a keeper.

I absolutely love seared ahi, so I'm always eager to try a new tuna recipe. I made this for my husband for our anniversary last year when we were a little tight for money and didn't want to go out. He loved it, and so did I, and now it's a permanent resident in our recipe box!
