    This is what I did:
Creamy Ricotta, Shower of Cocoa power and Cardamom, Drizzle of Honey, Toss of Rasberries, and a Crumble of Gingersnap Cookies. Wow, Heavenly. I will be making this 2 minute comfort dessert more often.....with Cardamom......

My daughter & I love this recipe. The beauty of Italian cooking is its freshness of ingredients. You have to use the best ricotta ..... No Dragone here. To the reviewer who said ricotta is not for desserts -- just for lasagna, yikes!!! Have you ever had a cannoli? A piece of ricotta cheesecake? Look around this site & you'll see that ricotta is used in Italy in desserts all the time. Murray's Cheese Shop (online has 8 oz. containers of the best, creamiest, freshest ricotta ever. Really no need to measure this recipe. Just spoon the cheese into a pretty dessert dish, sprinkle w/ chocolate, sprinkle w/ raspberries, add a little honey (don't get hung up on the biscotti if you don't have it & there you are. Don't expect it to be too sweet, it's not. It's just creamy deliciousness. Enjoy!

I was so excited to make this recipe and went out and bought everything for it. When i tried it, it was just blah to me...but the biscottis i bought were really good! I guess i need a little more sweetness in my desserts. It was ok....

I whipped the ricotta with about me tablespoon of splenda. I think if it weren't for the biscotti this would be a boring treat.
