    Wow! This is a wonderful soup. If you are hesitant on whether to make it or not, think no more! The recipe is perfect, the only thing I substituted was the parsley for cilantro. I thought it would go better with this soup since it has crab. This is definitely going to be a soup I will make more often. Enjoy!

    This soup has the most unique and wonderful flavor. I and my guests loved it. And, it's so easy to make. No seasonings needed as the flavor is strong and perfect without.

    I did not add the crab as I had a smoked salmon dish on the menu, and that was enough "fish."

    This soup is fabulous!! If you haven't tried hearts of palm you MUST! They have a flavor reminiscent of artichoke hearts, only not as strong! I added a 1 ince piece of fresh ginger, ground nutmeg and some dried rosemary...SO YUMMY!!!! Thanks Emeril!!!:
