I was hesitant to try this recipe but I am glad I did. This is a yummy salad. The only thing that I did different was instead of using lemon on the lettuce I used lime because it was all that I had. It still tasted great. All the flavors go so well together. Normally I eat a chicken salad with some kind of cracker. With this recipe you won't even want crackers with it because it tastes perfect with the lettuce. Also, you don't miss all that mayonnaise one bit. Way to go Ellie:

I love love love this! Will make all the time. But I went a little on the unhealthy side. I grilled some chicken breast skin & bone there for the flavor. Think I'll try the tarragon salad next weekend.

I made this today as I saw the episode this morning and happened to have leftover turkey breasts that were marinated in yogurt and indian spices (garam masala, curry, turmeric. Since my turkey had a lot of curry flavor on its own, I added half the curry and added a bit more after tasting. Since I am counting calories I didn't add the olive oil, but I did not miss it at all. I also didn't have cilantro and I do think it would have added nice flavor. I've had my portion and the remainder is waiting for my husband to get home from his run. He's better hurry or I won't be able to stop myself from finishing it off!

This chicken salad exceeded my expectations! I do not like yogurt , but you can't tell the difference in this recipe. The grapes and almonds give it a burst off freshness. I will be making this one again!

My husband and I both loved this chicken salad, everybite was exciting and flavorful! After he had finished his salad, he said, hey there is enough for us to have it for dinner!
Very different from the chicken salad, I have made for years! I didn't change a thing on this recipe, and was very glad I didn't! If your in doubt on trying this, I would advise go for it, it is easy, quick and wonderful for the taste buds.

I made this for dinner and everyone enjoyed it, but unfortunately, the kids searched through the chicken for the grapes. I thought this was a great base. I'd like to try it again and perhaps add some celery, onions, and/or grated carrots. Just some veggies to add a little crunch along with the almonds.

I really enjoy making this easy chicken salad. I add a lot more curry powder and much more cilantro- because those are two things I absolutely love. Anyway, this is really delicious and packed with protein, so it keeps me full longer. Highly recommend it.

Using yogurt was a great idea..I did not use Greek yogurt (I find it too dry but it cut out a lot of the fat from Mayo!. I added extra curry (I find curry from Asian more spicy and less grapes but added extra cilantro...the almond slices was a great idea, too! Make sure you don't overcook the chicken or the white meat will be too dry...adding chicken broth while poaching is essential..

Next time, I think I'll use about 2/3 to 1/2 of the yogurt and mayonnaise called for in this recipe... I love the flavors, but it's a little too creamy for me with all the yogurt and mayo. I wouldn't alter any of the other ingredients though, it was delicious. It was just the texture that bothered me.
