Loved this quick and healthy recipe. Added red peppers and mixed green and red grapes for extra flavor. Greek yogurt adds just the right touch of flavor and texture to the mix. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I just finished eating a sandwich with this curry chicken salad and it was delicious!! I'm not much of a cook, but this was really easy to make. I skipped the cilantro because I'm not a big fan of it, but I added a little bit of yellow peppers, chili pepper and extra curry powder for more flavor. I love that it is healthy and quick to make!!

I have made several recipes for chicken salad and I can't say this is one of the best. I thought it was a little bland, although I agree it is very healthy. I added a little extra mayo and a touch of honey after tasting the dressing, but I still thought it needed something. My family said it was good, but not great.

I made this salad quite effortlessly, and the result was very tasteful and satisfying. I added 1 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 extra tsp. extra virgin olive oil, and cayenne pepper for a kick. I served it with Texmati rice blend, romaine lettuce, and wrapped it in steamed red cabbage leaves. Try it, play with it, and you won't be disappointed. :

Decided to give this a try after watching the show. It's fantastic and I love knowing that its healthy. I use chopped apple instead of the grapes for some crunch. very good! My husband never gets tired of me making this for his work lunches.

Fantastic. Everything worked very well together. Neither me nor my family likes chicken salad very much, but I went out on a limb and made this anyway. It has become a family favorite, and everyone is always excited when I decide to make it again! It's perfect - though I suggest adding a lot more salad greens.

Loved this simple, satisfying recipe. Little bland the first time I made it (I have made it twice this week! so I added some seasonings - Tuscan spice grinder. I loved it - my co-workers asked for the recipe since it looked so good (and pretty with the red grapes, green cilantro and curry. Will make again and again.
