    The flavors are subtle. I would not describe this dish as rich. I added extra grapes after tasting it. The lemon and olive oil dressing balances out the flavors very nicely. I will definitely make this again. Next time I will add something a little spicy to give it a stronger flavor, but i'm sure its perfect for some people as is.

    This is such a hearty salad and takes minutes to make minus the cooling time for the chicken. It is great to make from leftovers but will leave a lasting impression. WOW this is SUCH A YUMMY SALAD! The grapes are key I would add double the amount they are that good!

    This is delicious. I had nonfat Greek Yogurt on hand and it made it thick and tangy. Everyone went to school/work with a chicken salad sandwich today.

    I loved this salad, very tasty and different from anything I've had. The sweetness of the grapes with the sour lemon really balance out well. It's also good just on toast!

    My boyfriend doesn't like curry but was game to try this salad after he saw how good it looked on my plate. When I went to make my lunch the next morning he had eaten the leftovers which means not only did he love it but he couldn't wait for the sun to come up to eat more!

    I'm don't love curry so this was nice because it just had a hint of curry. If you're not using salad dressing or having it in a sandwich, a squeeze of lemon gives it some needed acid.

    This chicken salad is absolutely delicious. The almonds give it a great crunch. I put it in half of a whole wheat pita as a sandwich, it was the perfect amount for lunch. I realized as I was making the recipe that I was out of yogurt, so I used 3 tbsp. of lowfat mayo instead of two. I will definetly make this again and again and next time I will use the yogurt, I'm sure it will be even better.

    WHen I was making this I realized half way thought that I didn't have curry, instead I used Gram Marsala, and it tasted great. I used the salad in different ways to keep my luch a little differnt from the next day, there are a lot of possiblities.
