So delicious, quick and easy. I just wish I had used a better marsala! They only had the cheap stuff at my liquor store and this would have been sooo much better with a good quality wine. Next time!

This zabaglione is right on the mark. You have to mix this constantly for a while until it thickens--just drink a glass of champagne as you stir and time will go by quicker! I served the zabaglione over fresh strawberries and was a perfect dessert.

Awesome! Hubby said it tasted like more. I made a double recipe for 6 people. Other reviews are right, I started with 1/4 c marsala & it was perfect. Chilled it & served over strawbwrries & blueberries. Imersion blender w/ wisk attachment worked great!

I made this with Warre's Otima 10 year Tawny Port instead of the Marsala and served it over fresh blueberries and blackberries... it was out of this WORLD!

Used icewine instead of marsala. The results are sublime!

YUMMY DELICIOUS! SUBSTITUTED BRANDY FOR MARSALA WINE, ADDED PIECES OF NEWMAN'S OWN ORGANIC ORANGE CHOCOLATE BAR BROKEN UP & IT REALLY MADE IT GREAT. CHOCOLATE CANDY PIECES AS GARNISH. CAN'T WAIT TO TRY WITH MARSALA WINE & FRUIT & USE OVER CAKES, PIES & COOKIES! ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES FOR GREAT DELIGHTS!

Quick, easy and delicious over fresh strawberries. A very satisfying light dessert after a big meal. Just whisk briskly and heed Mario's warning to watch the heat.

The Zabaglione from this episode was great. The only thing holding it back from a Five Star Rating was the whole double boiler/ice bath thing, however it's worth the effort for the final results.
