This recipe was so good. My mother and I loved it. The sherry really makes the dish. My boyfriend, who hates green beans, ate a huge helping. I will make this again.

I make this every year for Christmas dinner. It turns out great every time and is easy. My whole family loves it including my teen son who usually has to have green bean casserole! It also goes well with all meats and is a gourmet side. Now that the stores carry fresh green beans already trimmed I'll make it alll year!

I thought this recipe was very good and super easy but it needs more mushrooms in my opinion. Worth buying a bottle of sherry for as you'll make this again and again.

All my family gave this dish a thumbs up. I made it as written except that I substituted chicken broth for the sherry.

I am just learning to think outside of the box when it comes to cooking. I always was a very plan person when it came to cooking. I found this recipe from Rachel and thought how bad could it be. It was the best thing i have ever mad. I can say that my kids even loved it. They ask for it all the time. I look for the next time to make it. Good recipe Rachel!!! Love it!!!

For whatever reason, EVERYTHING I make using a recipe by Rachael Ray comes out nasty..... I went against my better judgment and printed this one out. It was so gross, that I actually threw everything out. EWWWW!

You must try this easy and quick side dish. I served this with meatloaf and my husband and I were so pleasantly surprised! The mushrooms went perfectly with the meat. I can't wait to make this for company. This recipe will make you look like a gourmet cook!

I pan seared steaks & used the juice to saute the mushrooms. I got the 'best ever' applause from my husband! What can I say...THANK YOU!
