I am blind around a kitchen and I found my way to make this. Wonderful, delicious, and easy.

I substituted the beef tenderloin w/ a little bit cheaper meat and it still turned out to be delicious. Truly took 30 minutes to prep/prepare.

I like gorgonzola in small doses. The taste of the cheese was much too overpowering for me. For the amount of money the cheese cost I would rather not use it. Also the steaks took a little longer to cook than was in the recipe if you like them medium to medium well.

We will never go out to a Steak House again! This is so good! My whole family makes this now. Instead of going out for a steak dinner stay at home and save a bunch of money.

This steak was awesome! It melted in your mouth, and the cheese was a perfect compliment to it. It did take longer then 30 minutes to do the entire meal, but where novices at this 30 minute deal. I can't wait til we have this again. The green beans and potatoes are perfects sides with the steak!

The tenderloin was one of the fastest meals my husband has every prepared. I would have to say it was also one of the tastiest. It is nice to have a fast dinner to prepare for Saturday night at home. From grocery store to the wine store to eating at the table took only one hour. Thank you Rachael Rey!!

OK i dont' usually give recipes a 5 but racheal outdone herself on this recipe. This is, by far, the best recipe ive had for steak that is not on a grill. Ive used this recipe many times. Don't hesitate to try this on different steaks. Ive done the same thing to strip/ribeye steaks and it was very good. If you want to awesome flavor of a charcoal grill and still want to cheese over your steak. Just grill your steak and leave it a little undone on the grill and when you come in put it on the broaler just as this recipe calls for.
