I wanted something to impress and yet not be held up in the kitchen while entertaining. The filet was exactly as juicy and tender as anything cooked on the grill. It was a success!

All of my guests thought that this was the best steak they had ever had, it was perfect with the green beans and rosemary potatoes from the show. THANKS!!!

But make sure you get a splatter guard before cooking those steaks. I guess more experienced cooks are prepared for this. But when I sat the steaks in the pan, the oil began popping and made a little bit of a mess. After braving the splatter, the steaks turned out very, very well and were a big hit.

Very easy and good. My husband hates gorgonzola but he ate it and loved it.

The flavors really worked well together and it was quick and delicious. It was a bit on the rare side by following the directions but still tasted fabulous and it didn't matter because beef tenderloin is great a bit bloody. This meal (green beans with portabellas and rosemary roasted potatoes is sure to impress.

I didn't use the tenderloin (I went cheaper and it still turned out amazing! I used a cast iron skillet and put them in the oven under the broiler and they turned out fantastic! Bravo Rachel, you know your meat!
