Easy. Made this for my girlfriend. She liked it so much, she invited her brother, his wife, her daughter and boyfriend for dinner the following week. What a dinner. Paired the fish with Orvietto white wine. I used Alaskan cod for the seasonal fish. Thanks Emeril!

This recipe is a fish lovers dream and for those not-so-in-love with fish change of heart. Easy enough to make. I used salmon and we all loved it. Thanks, Em, it's a keeper.

I made this dish last week using rainbow trout--it was a hit. My family has big appetites, so I made rice and served it with bread sticks. To my surprise, this dish was very filling on its own. It really doesn't need a lot of carbs to fill it out. I think the nuts make a big difference.
