    This recipe is very good, minus the celery, since I do not like celery. I also love raw onions in chicken salad so I added about a half chopped onion to this. It turned out excellent : Yummy

    It was a little salty even though I used Jane's krazy salt but it was still good. I'll just use less salt next time.

    I needed a recipe for chicken salad for a babyshower that I was catering for. So of course the first place I looked was here to see if Paula had a recipe. As usual, she doesn't disapoint. This salad was delicious and easy to make. Simmering the chicken with onions gave it a great flavor and kept it moist. The salad was a hit at the shower and it was the first thing to go! Thanks Paula! This recipe is a keeper.

    This chicken salad was one of my favorites and it was easy to make. I am definantly going to make some more for lunch soon.

    Average/good for chicken salad. Made at future mother-in-law's house first time I met her. Used rotisserre chicken instead of stewing my own. Was able to give Jane's Krazy Salt to her as a kitchen 'gift' as well. Served with lettuce leaves for wraps and multi-grain saltines as a lighter alternative to full sandwiches.

    I liked this very much, but it was better before I added the hardboiled eggs. Next time I'll leave them out.

    I'm usually not a fan of chicken salad, but this was wonderful!!! So much flavor, just awesome! Couldn't get enough!!!!!
