This chicken salad is wonderful! My husband and I love chicken salad and I made all kinds of different ones, but this will go at the top of our list as one of the best. The only change I made was adding more mayo. Oh, and I used lite mayo with great results. Simmering the chicken in broth made a HUGE difference in the taste. Thanks Paula!

Easy, quick, and taste great. You also probably have all these in your frige. Also a quick hint: buy a chicken already cooked at the deli from the store. This takes out the cooking time!

This is a very tasty sandwich. Like Bobby, my family doesn't like raw onions, so I didn't add them. This is a very flavorful sandwich filling (which would also be good in a lettuce wrap, and keeps well.

I made this one time and the family wants it every other day. A little time consuming preparing the chicken, but worth every minute.

I have used this recipe many times and everyone always asks for the recipe. I use beercan chicken for added flavor

This salad is wonderful! The flavor is perfect. I was not going to boil the chicken but do a rotisserie from the store, but I am so glad I made my own. The boiled chicken gives it the perfect texture. The addition of the broth is a fabulous idea and adds so much flavor - don't skip it! Also - one of the keys is to use the Jane's krazy mixed up salt like Paula recommends. Don't use Lawry's or season-all because they have more sodium than Jane's Krazy salt. That is why so many of the reviewers say it is too salty! Jane's is very different from Lawry's. Thanks Paula for another winner!
