    substitute white wine for the chicken stock, eliminate nutmeg, add a tab or two more of butter, a bit more fresh lemon juice & CAPERS (a few or a bunch, depending on your preference so yummy!

    This was so delicious everyone in the family loved it. Especially my picky eater teenage son! It's hard to find veal scallopini,but this recipe is worth the hunt for it. Thank you Rachael!!

    I prepared the veal exactly as the receipe suggested. I couldn't find the broccoli Rabe...so I used florets.. I used all the ingredients as for the Rabe. but steamed it instead of the 2 steps that the receipe suggested. It turned out to be DECLICIOUS!
