Made this for my boyfriend's family this past thanksgiving. They all said it was delicious! This recipe sure does make a lot of stuffing though. I will probably halve it next year.

Very easy to make! Made this for Thanksgiving and was told this was the best dressing ever! Am going to make this every year. Thanks Paula!!!

I have made this recipe for years now and have adapted it a little here and there. It most certainly is not dry, but too "thick" for my liking. I decreased the egg amount to make it more "fluffy" and slightly increased the bread/cracker amount. You have to TASTE the mix BEFORE you put it in the oven. If you think it's bland, add something!!! Great recipe!

I made this and took it to church. It was a big hit to the point where I'm the official dressing maker now! I've had people pay me to make it for them. The only thing I added was a chopped green pepper. The spices were perfect (unless you're used to stove top stuffing. This compliments your dish and you DON'T need gravy because it's so moist.

This recipe was a big disappointment. It lacked flavor and was dry. I won't be making this again. Too much time and ingredients, for the outcome.

My husband requested that I make cornbread stuffing years ago. When I saw Paula make this 6 ot 7 years ago on a show I quickly printed off the recipe. Since then every Thanksgiving our table has had a wonderful bowl of this stuffing. Yes I would say you need to add bit more spice (poultry or thyme to the mix. Over all this is a welcomed addition to our talbe. And even better the next day with left overs! Thanks Paula!

I am a fan of Paula Deen and I think most of her recipes are great. With that said, I have been looking forward to trying this recipe and although it was easy to make as far as stuffings go, it completely lacked flavor. I would add more poultry spice and sage, if you decide to make it. I won't bother again. Too much time for something not that great.
