Love it! Great flavor pairings, visually stunning and ease of preparation has rocketed this onto my list of party food for hot spring and summer evening parties. The fantastic flavors of this salad had several party guests asking for the recipe.
Prepping the fruit (using mango and blueberries not papaya and raspberries several hours ahead of time, the last minute assembly of the salad, to include cutting the bananas at the last minute worked so well. Doubling the amount of fruits and Grand Marnier, three tablespoons of honey was more than sufficient. Seven mint leaves (I was concerned doubling the mint overpowering the other flavors worked well. Thanks for the great recipe Food Network Kitchens!!!!

Best fruit salad. I forgot to add oranges, which in hindsight, I probably should have to complement the Grand Marnier. Instead I had the kiwi, mango and bananas and also added strawberries, blackberries and raspberries. It had such a wonderful taste and the leftovers were wonderful served over vanilla yogurt the next morning. I will definitely make for the next party.

This was the best fruit salad I have EVER had!!!! I made it exactly as written...NO SUBSTITUTIONS!!!!!! My son and husband loved, loved, LOVED it!!! My husband sat at the table and had 3 bowls of it!!! The mint gave it such a fresh taste!! It was also the first time I ever had mango...it is now my favorite fruit! It was amazing!! Thank you Giada!!!!

Fantastic and easy to make, keeps in the fridge but it doesn't last too long--because it gets eaten.

I make a lot of these recipes and this is the first time I'm leaving a review...because this fruit salad is easy and DELICIOUS. I made it for guests last weekend and because I'm pregnant and there were young toddlers eating it, I left out both the honey and the Grand Marnier. YOU DON'T NEED IT! Trust me - this fruit salad doesn't need sweeteners! Keep it simple and you won't be disappointed. The mint makes it wonderful. I've made it 3 more times since last week...need I say more?

Bananas in a dish that has to sit for awhile? I would think that even with the orange in the recipe the bananas woul turn brown.

This is the BEST fruit salad. I've made it for a crowd multiplying the recipe and I've made it for just my husband and me changing up the fruit ratios a bit (I love mango so I add more. Fabulous!

This is a lovely, refreshing fruit salad. The only suggested ingredient that I didn't use was the papaya (could find any fresh. Very glad I used the Grand Marnier. I think that and the mint really gave it a special flavor.
