    we have made numerous of these pies for ourselves and others, all replys the same(best ever...we make a large batch and put them in foil pot pie pans and freeze.......excellent for quick meal

    This is probably the best chicken pot pie I have ever made!!! Alot of prep work with all the chopping but definitely worth it in the end. We'll make this one over and over.

    This was really easy and yummy. I didn't have the individual dishes so I made one big pot-pie, and it actually resembled shepard's pie, but with chicken! I didn't use the leeks, and added corn and peas to suit my picky husband. Very good.

    This is delicious, even without the cream and 1/4 c. butter in the potatoes. Try using garlic olive oil along with a little milk, or even chicken stock and a small amount of butter. It's excellent both ways and much healthier.

    I have cut this recipe back to serve two. It is a little time consuming, but well worth the effort. It is a little like Sheperd's Pie, but made with chicken instead of lamb.
