    I did not care for this recipe at all. I did not like the combination of the vegetables with the polenta. Also the whole dish looked unappetizing. Nobody in my family enjoyed it.

    Ever make your own polenta? It turns out to be easy and delicious. What I like best about this recipe is its use of fennel and leeks. Now that's a combination you don't see too often! You may be a bit put off by this, but, believe me, it is delicious. And your wife will think you're an epicurian genius :-
