My husband and kids are serious steak eaters, and they LOVED this marinade when we tried it this week. Instead of the strip, I used a good rib-eye which always pleases this bunch. We served it for dinner, not brunch, but the leftover steak was GREAT when rewarmed with eggs the next morning!
I especially LOVED learning from this episode how I should take care of my Le Crueset grill pan. The show was fun to watch and informative, and the recipe is a winner!
