This recipe was very delicious and easy! The pancakes come out light and refreshing. It's nothing like a premix. They are not chewy nor too thick and cake-like. Definitely give this one a try!

Normally I make pancakes from a mix, NEVER again! I didnt have any mix on hand and I had some blueberries laying around and just so happened to have buttermilk too. What a lucky break! I used reduced fat buttermilk and it was still delicious

They were everything everyone else said - turned out absolutely PERFECT! I'm going to add some vanilla next time if I don't add fresh fruit. Delicious!!!

I thought this recipe was turned out perfect! The pancakes were fluffy and not overly dense. I halved the recipe and didn't have any blueberries, so I substituted with a mashed banana and a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon. Definitely making these a regular weekend breakfast!

I have made these several times I even know the recipe by heart now. I even know the b.s. and b.p measurements. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!!! I even make extra batter and put it in the fridge for a later date. If it's too thin add more flour, if it's too thick add more buttermilk doesn't have to be exact. First time I make it exactly like recipe then I add more spices too it. I've added vanilla, cinnamon, all spice, pumpkin pie spice, even apple pie spice. All very good try it.

It was really light and delicious! I added some extra sugar to the mix since I don't use maple syrup, and it came out great. Yummy!

This was the first time I tried to make homemade pancakes. I saw all the good reviews so I tried this recipe. Big mistake. The batter was nothing but a lumpy crepe batter. I even let it set for several minutes thinking it would thicken up. When I want pancakes I expect them to be at least 1/4 inch thick, not paper thin. I'll never make these again.

Really, really good. And if you're not into blueberry's leave them out and these are awesome plain, buttermilk pancakes as well.
