Really, really great. I think they were the best pancakes I've ever made. I did substitute 1/2 whole wheat flour for the flour.

Great recipe! I halved it for my husband and I. Perfect for two large servings or three smaller servings. I made a few changes: used half while wheat flour, added two teaspoons of flax seeds, and a few chocolate chips in with the blueberries for an extra treat! These pancakes were delicious and fluffy. The batter is a great base for any toppings you'd like to use (nuts would be yummy. I will be making them again.

Move over Betty Crocker, these are the best pancakes I've ever made and had! Wonderful texture, not too heavy, and is very flavorful. Super easy to make and will definitely be the only recipe from now on! Family loved them! For those that the batter turned out really thick, make sure you are using the correct measuring cup for dry and liquid ingredients. This DOES make a difference!

It has become a weekly set of pancakes with my family with or without the fruit. Thank you for the great recipe!

This recipe is good but I've made/tasted better. The texture was nice- moist and cakey, but a bit too heavy for my taste (I did not over-mix. What was lacking was in the flavor department. Despite the butter and sugar they didn't taste like anything. Next time I'd increase the salt, use brown sugar instead of white, and add some vanilla.

Wonderful and easy. This recipe is a keeper. I used low fat buttermilk, so didn't feel too guilty. Other than that, I did not change a thing, and it's important to take note of not over-mixing the batter. They came out fluffy and flavorful.

The batter was too thick. I added about half cup of milk to thin it down. My buttermilk seemed a little thicker than normal, tho. Also added 1/2 tsp of vanilla.
