    This was a bit crumbly, falling apart easily, but we really didn't care. The cake was so moist and delicious and couldn't have been easier. We had it a la mode, some with Rum Raisin and some with Dulce de Lece ice cream. Soooo good! The taste and ease make up for any textural issues.

    It was good for an easy recipe; I used Spice cake mix instead of yellow though.. and I loved how it tasted!

    i would add more apples throughout the cake since they reduce when they are cooked.

    Loved it!!!!!!! The cake is so moist and the apples are so tender. Perfectly sweet, no icing needed. My kids love it!!!!!!!!!

    This was one of the best fast cakes I've ever done. The apples sank into the cake as it baked, and it came out absolutely perfect. Not the prettiest presentation, but definitely big flavor!
