This recipe was absolutely amazing! I didn't have nutmeg or sherry, but used everything else and it tasted amazing. I will absolutely use this recipe in the future.

Loved this Cheese sauce recipe! It was perfect for everyone, kids included...not too strong like some cheese fondues are...a crowd pleaser for sure!

I loved this recipe becuase I don't care for wine in fondue. For the dippers I used the fingerling potatoes and in last 3 minutes of boil I added broccoli heads. Fresh italian bread and grilled a filet for the meat dipper. The next morning I made a fritatta with the left over potatoes, broccoli and about 1/4 of the cheese. Perfect!

This recipe is the BEST cheese fondue recipe. I have made this on several occasions and I always receive many compliments about the flavors. I personally don't use Gruyere or Swiss. I just use Velveeta cheese instead and it works great!

I always check how many stars & reviews a recipe gets. I did everything exactly as i was supposed too. I did not like this at all- it tasted flourly/ and was not creamy but had small little lumps in it. Sorry, Rachel not a winner with me!

I made this for a co-worker's birthday party. Nobody ate very much of it, so I am not sure it was very well liked. It thought it was o.k., but I don't think I would make it again. I think maybe I didn't like the parmesean cheese, maybe if I had used another cheese.

Being a fondue virgin, I was nervous about trying this...came out very yummy and not too thick like the pictures make it look. I actually added more cheese then the recipe called for just because I had a little left over. The only thing I have to complain about is that's a heck of a lot of pots and pans to wash! Definately a keeper though!

I have to explain I could not find anything but smoked cheese. So it was a bit strong, but the dish was empty at the end of the night.:
