    This recipe is very easy to make. I added carrots too and those and the potatoes were delicious. The chicken was tender but we didn't think it had a ton of flavor, other than chicken.

    For roasting my first chicken ever, this was an easy recipe. And with the potatoes cooking right in the pan, all the juices from the chicken made them quite tasty!

    This chicken is so easy to prep and make. The ingredients, especially the lemon and herbs make the chicken succulent and fresh. I served it with left-over goat-cheese mashed potatoes instead of the roasted.

    I made this for our first Holiday season married. This was our Christmas dinner and it was so great. My husband comes from a Mother who can't cook at all. I wasn't too surprised he liked it, but it all made our Holiday taste so good.

    I tried several other recipes that were good, but this one is incredible. It doesn't sound like much, and I'd never thought to roast potatos in with a chicken, but the combination of flavors is to die for! Family devoured it. It's so simple and delicious, will definitely become a part of our regular rotation. Thanks Tyler, you're the best.
