    This was so easy to prepare. And it was so good my husband and I gobbled it up so fast there were hardly any leftovers.Really soft, too!!

    Made this to go with my lamb this Easter-- it was excellent. Very moist and flavorful. I did brine the chicken the night before to add moisture and it all worked out perfectly!

    My family absolutely marveled at this dish. The hint of lemon and garlic was a delightful treat in an already perfect, juicy, savory chicken. I'm a heroe in my family for making the best chicken they EVER had. Fabulous recipe!!! Thank you!

    Made this for christmas dinner and everyone loved it. It was tender and delicious. Make sure to marinade for a long time so that the flavors infuse. Will try on turkey next time.
    I also added carrots and brussel sprouts as veggies in addition to potatoes, came out really yummie. When adding veggies, might want to add chicken broth to prevent burning at such high heat.
