This is another great one from Bobby Flay! I used Apricot pineapple jam instead of guava and it was delicious! Also just used regular OJ. My family loved it! I will definitely make this again.

Well, I think it would have been really good if my husband had not basted the pork with the serving sauce and then served it with the basting sauce! No more martinis before dinner!!!

This one is easy and delicious. Sweet and heat layered on just right, looks good on the plate. We served it with roasted corn and it was a great combo.

This dish is excellent! We had it with Chipotle Sweet Mashed Potatos from Cooking Light and it was a fabulous meal. We gave it our highest rating. The flavor and spice are wonderful. I brined the pork for an hour before applying seasonings and grilling. I could only find guava jelly and not marmalade, so I used that. I also didn't use sour orange juice or fresh OJ. I used juice from the store and omitted the sour orange juice. We will definitely make this again.

This was really good, and easy to make. I used apricot preserves because I couldn't find the guava marmalade. I did end up with a lot more mojo than I needed (which wasn't so bad because it's a hella good mojo. My boyfriend used it as the cooking liquid in a bowl of white rice to use up the excess.

This is a great meal. We added some tropical fruits to the Mojo and some minted lime jasmine rice just to add our own touch.

A perfect way to make a tenderloin. The sweet guava glaze is a perfect contrast to the tangy-spicy mojo. I served with rice and black beans to rave reviews.
    AND--it's easy!

Excelente! It's always a crowd pleaser at the dinner table. Very flavorful and delicious. I like to serve it with coconut rice and sweet plantains. Yummy!

Made this two times for entertaining guests. So easy and very fresh and bright flavors. I prepared the glaze and sauce, and handed the meat over to hubby for grilling.
I paired it with a black bean and corn salad. -Very yummy!

Okay, maybe hate is too strong a word, but we felt that the mojo was sour and overpowering. The recipe is easy to prepare and maybe next time I'll add the habaneros to the glaze and serve it with that alone.
