This chocolate fondue was a sweet ending to our friends and fondue night. Having some left over, we ended up using it as a hot fudge topping for ice cream sundaes a few days later.

Rachel usually at least tries to be healthy. Oh well. This is so delicious, and rich, it will satisfy. Particularly tasty w/ strawberries.

My daughter has very little interest in cooking, but even she enjoyed preparing this fondue. Thanx for the tips!

I used candy bars imported from Croatia from the Mediterranean grocery store and used some caramel Torani syrup instead of the liquor. The biggest hit of the dippers was Boudoir lady fingers. I doubled the recipe for about 20 people and had a ton leftover. Everyone really loved it though.

What more can I say - it's a good one and you can experiment to change it around.

This was so easy to make, and it tastes amazing! I didn't have any amaretto, so I added some coffee liquer instead. Highly Recommended!

Delicious with or without liquer. Suggest that you use a crock pot instead of fondue pot, as it burns very easily. Thank you, Rachel.
