terrific salad! The dressing is wonderful and the apple/goat cheese was the perfect complement to the dressing. The bonus is that it is so easy to make!

This was not only delicious, but it looked like something you would get at a fancy restaurant. My boyfriend gave it five stars. Also it is super easy to make.

I absolutely loved the idea and the salad itself. Broiling the salad gives it a whole different flavor. I used brie triple cream cheese instead of goat cheese and made the salad in a saute pan covered in aluminum foil. Very easy clean up. The sweetness of the apples and the salty-sweet brie cheese make an excellent pairing in this salad and the dressing, which was super easy, was a great complement! I loved it and will definitely make it again.

We all loved the dressing. The presentation really makes the salad look fancy. I will definitely be making this next time I go to a dinner party. Goat cheese is my favorite!

This salad tasted juts like something you would order at a fancy restraunt. It was delicious and all of the flavors were very complimentary with one another. You have to try this salad!

I love this salad dressing (I use raspberry vinegar. It's particularly good as a marinade for chicken. Grill the marinated chicken, toss it on top of salad greens along with goat cheese and walnuts -- makes an excellent dinner salad!

This recipe "hit it right on" with the combination of flavors. Normally I like to tweak recipes to fit my own taste, but I would not change a thing! This is s definite repeat.
