This was sooo good. My wife and I got home late from work and cooked this up in no time. It was quick and easy and the flavors were incredible.

I never ate watercress until this salad and I won't eat it again! It would have been better with spinach and belgian endive. The goat cheese and apples were a great combo, and the dressing was pretty good (especially with the walnuts. I might make it again because it is so unique and pretty, but not because I am craving it.

This salad was a beautiful presentation, and one of the most flavorful I have ever had. The salad dressing was simply delicious. I used mixed greens instead of spinach/endive and I prefer that. I also tossed a few slices of cucumber to liven it up. The walnuts were a perfect completion to the salad. I looked like a pro serving this!

I have made this salad on several occasions for guests. They all rave about it & ask for the recipe. My husband thinks it is very refreshing and requests it often.

    This salad is so delicious!

I lightly toasted the walnuts in a little olive oil and garlic salt first, but that's just bcz I like them that way.

We had my husband's boss and wife over dinner and I served this salad, and they went crazy over it. The goat cheese and apples went so well together. Thanks Paula!!

As usual, Paula does it again. I served this for one of my dinner parties and it was a huge hit. I love granny smiths but some of my guests do not like the tartness of them. However, after putting them on the broiler, they had no idea they were eating granny apples. The walnuts and homemade dressing are also great. Everyone thought it was such a fancy salad and had taken a long time to prepare, I just let them think this :
