    The "Unaqi Glaze" recipe is way to watering. It will never work unless it is heated and reduced. If one compairs the picture and the recipe, you at best get brown Unaqi Glaze, not the nice black colour shown on the picture. I would not use this recipe for the "glaze".

    I think that it was a great repice to have at home. I would not mind making it at home for my family. They would enjoy it alot. Some of my friends would like it but others would not like it.
