I was disappointed in this recipe. I placed the skillet in the oven for 20 minutes and when I pulled it out it was still pretty undercooked. I left in the oven for another 10 minutes and it still was pretty gooey inside. I upped the temp. to 450 and left it in the oven for an additional 10 minutes. By that point the top was browning, but the pancake itself wasn't cooking. I gave this recipe 2 stars because the flavor was there it just wasn't baking properly.

I am speechless. I just don't know what to say about these pancakes because they are so good. I am begging my Mom to make this for me on my birthday coming up.

We made this dish twice and it has been a delight each time. The best thing is easy to make. Thanks.

I thought it was completely fool proof and YUMMO! Try it out for dessert, breakfast, or brunch. Just be sure to make more than 2 batches!!

I MADE THESE THIS MORNING FOR MY FAMILY AND THEY ARE THE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. TAKES A LITTLE TIME TO PREPARE BUT WORTH THE TIME. APPLES CAN BE DONE THE NIGHT BEFORE AS WELL AS ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS, THEN ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS THE WET INGREDIENTS IN THE MORNING TO SAVE TIME.
