    I felt like I had been transported to Italy. I had never cooked octopus before and read a little bit about the cork on other sites - still not quite sure why it works but the octopus was absolutely wonderful. The mint was the perfect added touch. Very simple to do and comes together quickly after cooking & cooling the octopus.
