Tasty zesty recipe. We altered it for a slightly healthier approach with skinless chicken breasts and it turned out great, still moist and juicy. Also top with cheddar cheese, tomato pieces, and a little cilantro for a colorful and tasty variation

Nearly every Ina Garten recipe is perfection, and this is no exception. Full of flavor, this recipe is easy to prepare. Great with margaritas for a summer fiesta!
