Delicious and easy..but you have to like limes. I only used the juice of 4 but think that was probably 2 too many. Otherwise it was ready in 7 hours, looked good and tasted good.

The pie was excellent in flavor, but it was not firm and did not hold its shape, so I kept it in the freezer, but then I had trouble getting the crust out of the dish.

I made this for our large family get-together on Thanksgiving. I know it's not Thanksgivingy, but I just HAD to try it! My first thought was "very sweet" then I thought "but the nice tang of the lime cuts it to perfection!" Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I gave them the link!

This recipe was extremely easy to follow and to make. Although it took a lot longer then I was planning on to freeze, but it was worth it! I would let it freeze overnight.

I love it...the zest makes it pop. I am a keylime pie fanatic and this ranks right up on top.

At Bed Bath & Beyond stores or even on their website, you can find something called a lemon squeezer (yellow or lime squeezer (green. Don't get the one at Walmart or Target, looks cheap quality compared to BB&B. Just cut the fruits in half, put the halves juice side down (I know, it doesn't seem the right way and press once(works just fine for people like me who have arthritis! In one quick squeeze, you get ALL the juice of a lemon or lime, even keylimes. Best tool EVER invented! Made of strong sort of metal and best $10 you will ever spend! Will last you forever! Better than any manual, electric, or battery operated juicers! EVER! It made fixing this recipe a breeze! By the way, the pie was incredible, but what else can you say about Ina's recipes?!?!? Love ya Ina!

After a miserable failed attempt at cajun red beans and rice the same day as I made this pie, it was so easy and very good. It pleased not only my father but my boyfriend as well. It taste great and I will be using again and very often. Thanks Ina!

The recipe was great tasting but it was soupy, despite being served frozen. I'm going to try cooking it next time, with some gelatin in it, to see if that helps.
