    I cut down your recipe because of a household rule of only one egg per person a day. But I found a different combination that my father and my brother decided was delicious: two pieces of toast with jam on them, berries (in a semi circle at the top, and at the bottom a slice of orange to keep the egg dry and a upward facing crescent of applesauce with cilantro on the egg.     This omelette is delicious and so easy to make. We added fresh Basil, and it made a huge difference. I dont think i'll be ordering omelettes when going out for breakfast, they just won't be the same.
