    I made this to go with Alton Brown's "Perfect Potstickers," and I must admit that they paired nicely. Just a bit sweet, and a bit spicy. Very nice indeed.

    Easy recipe, great flavor. I used it with grilled potstickers. I adjusted the soy and honey, as I prefer the soy not to overpower the other ingredients. The toasted sesame seeds give it a great nuttiness.
    Still doesnt beat the sauce made by one of my favorite local Thai restaurans, Spoon Thai.

    The Orange Blossom Honey (a light colored one works wonderfully to offset the saltiness of soy sauce. Make sure not to leave out the pepper or ginger as they give the sause its kick.
