    Instead of preparing these seperately, we put them into one casserole dish and had it all mixed together. We put tortilla chips on top and added cheese to the innards. Good as a tortilla chip dip the next day too.

    This is easy and yummy. Enjoyed it and it made enough for a second dinner. I didn't have regualar bell peppers so I used fire roasted red peppers, which gave it a smokey taste. Deliciousl.

    I have never cared for "traditional" stuffed peppers with green bell peppers but I made this with Pablanos and my husband and I both have a new favorite!
