    I used Pasilla peppers. One thing to note: The skinnier the pepper, the hotter it gets. If you want mild, go for the fatter ones.

    This is very flavorful, you can make it as spicy as you like with the peppers you use. Yum!

    I've made this dish for years. I always use the Pabalo peppers This is a very good and filling dish!!!
