This meal was so filling and satisfying, and it was easy to make! I feel like a gourmet cook with Rachael's recipes.

The steaks were a bit tough due to the pan frying but had a fabulous flavor. The spinach cakes were phenominal - I added some garlic salt to the mixture.

I made only the steak from this recipe. We loved it! So easy and delicious! Next time I am going to try wrapping each steak in two slices of bacon. The bacon was just sooooo good!I served it with a baked potato and a salad. The salad I used was easy too- just romaine lettuce, Newman's Own Raspberry and Walnut dressing, with Cheese Crumbles and sunflower seeds. This complimented the steak wonderfully. Great meal!!

i did not try the meat and sauce. But the spinach cheese cakes were delicious! I made them 2 nights in a row. Very easy to make. HOWEVER, I was afraid they would not have enough flavor, as some of the reviews said, so I used twice as much cheese, breadcrumbs, and nutmeg. i also cooked them just a bit longer to make them more crunchy. my boyfriend loved them too and i will make these again and again.

I just made the steak recipe, DELICIOUS!
I've started wrapping steaks with a piece of bacon when I grill them. Gives the beef a great flavor.

I cooked this for my grandma and my great aunt months ago and they are still raving about it! Cooking is my favorite thing and I wanted to impress them, this dish did the thing. This meal was so easy to put together but looked and tasted like it took me all day!

I made this meal, the meat didnt turn out quite right but still good. The spinach cakes were YUMMY, I'm a shrimp lover so I added some cut up shrimp to mixture before cooking, they came out wonderfull. My children do not like to eat spinach, but they keep asking when I'm going to makes the "spinach thingy's" again!!!!

What a great way to wrap the bacon - then you don't need any oil in the pan. The crab cakes froze well when I used my food saver.
