I made this dish for dinner with some friends. They loved it and devoured it. It was the hit of the evening.

I made this steak recipe when my husband got his new job. It was the best meat dish I have ever made and was just like something we'd order from our favorite restaurant. I have not made the spinch cakes yet. I will make the meat like this over and over. (the meat can be expensive but I get it at Sam's Club for about half the price of other stores

I make the spianch sakes regularly. They are sooo easy and delicous!! It is a great way to sneak spinach in when your family is not a fan!!! Everyone LOVES these spinach cakes!!! We make them in smaller patties than Rachel does. This lets them cook more throughout. This is one of my FAVOTITE 30 minute meal recipies!!!! Thanks Rach!

This is great! I made the whole meal, dessert and all, for my family on a visit home from college. They kept awwing over the food and telling me that they had no idea I could cook so well. My family also said they thought they had to go out to get a meal like this. I can't take all the credit. The recipies for this meal are well explained, the preperation is very easy, and the results will keep your guests talking for days. Thanks Rachael! You make it so easy.

Like the spinach cakes but they were dry. Need something to improve upon them will try adding ricotta cheese next time I make.
