Yum! The sauce was delicious! This was the perfect picnic food for our Hollywood Bowl outing along with Ina's caesar salad with pancetta from the same episode. A keeper!

YUMMM!! Amazing sandwich - the sauce is the perfect blend of flavors and goes perfectly with the salmon! We used a large chiabatta bread and cut it to fit the salmon pieces - which was excellent since its a thinner bread - I think rolls would be too much bread. Thanks Ina!!

Fabulous sauce! So good I'll have to experiment with it. Our sandwiches ended up so large we had to resort to eating them open face with fork and knife, but no complaints. Served with grilled yellow summer squash planks.

The sauce makes the difference. I seasoned my salmon with Emeril's Essence and it really came together nicely.

I used lowfat may and lowfat sour cream and the dressing was still awesome. I have made it with both Salmon and Cod and either fish tastes great. I make it for any big game that I am having at my house. It takes 5 min and seems fancy, but is so basic! This mayo also tastes great with fries anything that needs mayo!

    THANK YOU!

Another thing to do with my favorite fish. Everyone I have made this for has loved it. Be sure to use special bread with this.

My family and I eat lots of salmon. This is my favorite use for leftover grilled salmon. Worth every little bit of effort!

I made the sauce only and spread on half a fresh salmon which was then grilled. It was excellent!! You should try it.

It's all that taste good with salmon in the one recipe
