    I thought this would be a great dip, after all the wonderful reviews I read about it. Neither I nor my guests enjoyed it; it wasn't tasty at all. I followed the receipe perfectly and served it with baby carrots and pumpernickel.

    I made this as a table snack for my daughter's first birthday.....everyone LOVED it. It was quick, simple, and very forgiving. It is better when it is still hot, so being able to reheat is a must.

    I made this for a Xmas party and it was an absolute hit. They ate it all within an hour and had me scrounging in the fridge to find the ingredients to make more. They had some smoked gouda so I used that instead and it was just as good as the swiss.

    I added 2 tsp of horseradish for the kick and I garnished with extra bacon and scallions rather than almonds.

    Everyone wanted the recipe! I will make this again and again. It's so simple and yet so good!
