Amazingly easy and tasty...am always looking for chicken recipes that verge off of the norm...this was wonderful! My husband loved it and he is usually wanting just the normal chicken cutlets pasta and sauce! I added some sage leaves to the butternut squash ravioli that I used...flavor town!! Thank you Rachael!

I've had this recipe in my box for over 6 years and have made it over 12 times. It's the best chicken recipe I've ever found. Tested time and true.

For our family, the part of the meal is the Ravioli. It was moist and flavorful, and my daughter oohs every time I prepare it. The Chicken is also excellent. We substituted the warm salad for a cool one, and it was just as good; awesome dressing. The only issue was that the prep time. Rachel, ten minutes? Get real girl. My suggestion is to prep this one ahead of time, and you might make that 10 minutes. Great meal. Now one of my family's favorites.

I only made the chicken part of this recipe. The chicken smelled heavenly while it was cooking, and my family could not wait to eat it. We were very surprised to bite into it and find it did not have much flavor at all. I probably would not make it again, unless I would figure out what to add to it to enhance the flavor.

The chicken burned the crap out of the non stick and I think affected the flavor of the chicken. The ravioli was good, the spinach with pancetta was so-so, slightly salty in my opinion. I was disappointed. I made it due to the numerous positive reviews but its not a good meal.

I only made the chicken, BUT WOW... this is the first Rachel Ray recipe that both my partner and I enjoyed.
I stuck to the recipe with one exception, I added an 1/8 inch pat of butter at the very end of cooking to give it that taste that only butter can. It was heaven. The butter also carmelized over the chicken, flavoring the garlic as well.
As a side dish, I had steamed string beans with garlic & soy sauce and stuffing muffins (make stuffing as you normally like it and bake in muffin pans to form a pretty presentation and keep portions under control.
I could get a job cooking for Rachel if

easy and amazing! I substituted onions for shallots and bacon for pancetta since I did not have those ingredients available and it was great.

I enjoyed this recipe! I switched out the ravioli and just made it with penne pasta and served the chicken on top. I also switched out the salad for a caprese salad. Husband LOVED it!. Definitely one to keep!
