Love this recipe and its convenience! With the mini-meatloaf, veggies and all topped with bacon....can't go wrong! Great taste, no waste!

This is the best, most convenient, and cutest outdoor/indoor low-mess, quick recipe I have seen for ground beef. It's cute like meatloaf, but very lunch, like hamburgers. I saw the show yesterday on the Food Network, and these are so cute, I'm going to make them for Memorial Day this Monday. It's so amazing, because you get your meat AND vegetables, and they're cooked at once in a pouch, one per person. How CUTE!

The ingredance are simple and avalable. They remind one of camping and throwing one of these in the fire and good eats.
