My family really enjoyed this. My kids are 19 and 21 and still live at home. Simple and delicious. I have cooked this many times.

my daughter requests this recipe at least once a week. wonderful flavor in the meat and a good "prepare ahead of time" meal. i make it in the morning and store in the fridge until it is time to put them into the oven.

As you can imagine from the ingredients and recipe, this really tastes more like meatloaf than a hamburger (not a bad thing!. I recommend chopping the green peppers as fine as you can. If you leave them too chunky, it makes it difficult to keep the patties together.

I really liked the recipe. Even though I altered the recipe a little (I used turkey-bacon, instead of regular, the recipe still came out fantastic. The vegetables came out tender and flavorful. My family really liked it. I had no leftovers.

Although these burgers along with their toppings are a bit of a mouthful, they are delicious and a lot of fun while sitting around a campfire! The recipe leaves the type of cheese open to the chef's own creativity and taste, but I used pepper jack. Trust!

paula is the greatest, she taught me how to cook, but i think this recipe was just something she came up with when she ran out of ideas.

Great recipe. It also works well as a meatloaf. Just make as directed but put the whole thing in a meatloaf pan. Yum!
