The recipe is way too easy to not make smores. I never thought of making a smore in my oven. They were a hit with friends and family!

I bring summer into the house on those cold winter days by toasting marshmallows on my gas stove.....and use chocolate chips instead of Hershey bars. Can adjust the amount of chocolate that way, I also like dark chocolate. I usually have choc. chips always on hand so can make these easily without planning. Can't eat just one!

I put the chocolate on the Graham Cracker first and then the marshmallows. My son loved them. It's a great treat when you have a bunch of kids over.

Toast the marshmallows under the broiler first - makes good sense on an inside camping day. Good thinking, Paula.
