This recipe is FABULOUS!!! Just use cream - don't try to lighten it up with milk or buttermilk. It's creamy and the orange flavor is subtle but definitely there. I used the zest of 2 clementines and used the actual orange segments for garnish. What at hit!

This recipe did not work. I used a combination of buttermilk and regular milk. The mixture separated and curdled. I had to throw it out.Even after adding the gelatin, it didn't thicken.

I got this recipe for my sister. which isn't a big cook. It was so easy for her to do and everyone enjoyed it very much. It will show up again at Easter for sure! Thank-you much.

Oh my gosh, this was the creamiest, most delicious panna cotta I ever had (and I've had alot!. I split my vanilla bean and scraped the vanilla directly into the heating cream and rather than putting the orange peel into it, I just grated a bit of orange rind onto the top before serving. It was delish!

The panna cotta was extremely easy to make. I was worried that it wouldn't have enough orange flavor, so I added 1 1/2 TBS of Grand Marnier. Everyone loved it.

i love making desserts when you don't need to take out your mixer and all the other baking tools you normally need in making cakes or cookies.

this is very easy and even neophyte cooks and bakers can do this with no hassle. the flavor combo is so refreshing and light, it's the perfect dessert after a very heavy dinner... even more perfect for summertime parties!

I really enjoyed making this super easy, but amazing dessert. However I substituted brown sugar for the reg. sugar and did a whole orange for the orange zest..the ultimate result was tres fabulous and a new favorite for dinner parties!
