Suuuuper easy and sooo tasty we couldn't believe it.
The bread topping was a little compact so I am going to figure something else out.
Any ideas anyone?

I made this because we love lima beans. First of all, I've never seen fresh lima beans, although I know they exist. My Produce Man told me he hasn't seen them in 29 years. So I used frozen. Beware. Only boil them for a minute or so or they'll be overdone.
Second, fresh summer savory is also difficult to come by. I used ground savory.
Third, the bread topping was AWFUL. It was EXTREMELY dry when I put it on and it didn't improve after cooking. I don't know why I thought it would. I scraped it off before serving the dish.
If I were to make this again, I would triple the sour cream. Maybe it didn't work because I scaled the recipe down to two servings. All in all, it turned out ok. The best thing about it (aside from the lima beans was the tenderness of the chops because of the cooking method.

This was so easy I was able to cook for my boyfriend and his roomies in a college apartment, and the results were great! It's delicious!

My husband and two boys loved this. It reminds us that we love lima beans.
